Our Teachers ROCK!!!!

Last week was Teacher Appreciation at Jake and Addy's school. My friend, Kandi was in charge and I got to help. It was awesome. It was a lot of work and I didn't even do anything compared to her but it was awesome. The theme was "Our Teachers Rock!" The teacher's lounge was decorated like a dressing room and every day we had lunch or breakfast catered for them. She also had Guitar Hero set up in the lounge for the teachers to play during lunch. Every day she had something for them that went along with the theme. She did an amazing job. Friday was our assembly. The teachers and students all dressed up like rock stars. Jake would not dress up to save his life. All the students entered the assembly and sat down in the gym and the teachers went out in the hall. We turned all the lights off and all we had were spotlights going crazy. The teachers were amazing. They entered exactly like rock stars, high fiving the kids, walking on their red carpet. At the end four teachers got to compete for the biggest Rock Star prize, an IPOD touch. We are so lucky to have these amazing teachers. It was a great day!!!
